摘    要:分析了重油催化裂化装置再生器-三旋烟气系统出现大量焊缝开裂的原因,提出了防止产生裂纹的相关对策和对已产生裂纹的几种修复方案,概述了大庆石油化工总厂再生器腐蚀开裂的情况、修复的关键技术及所采取的措施,对同类型设备裂纹的修复有指导意义。

Abstract:The reasons of a large numbers of welding seam splits in the regenerator/third stage cyclone system of heavy oil catalytic cracking unit are analysed. Correlated countermeasures to prevent splits and several reparation plans for occurred splits are proposed. The split states in regenerator of the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Daqing Petrochemical Complex and the key technology and measures of reparation are summarized.
