桥式湿接头水平井测井工艺技术研究及应用

摘    要:在水平段长度大于表层套管长度的水平井进行钻具输送湿接头测井时,须在水平井段进行多次泵送对接,受井况、钻机及泥浆性能等影响,测井作业一次成功率低,井控风险大。介绍了一种新的只在直井段应用工具重力实现多次对接的桥式湿接头水平井测井工艺技术,通过应用桥式湿接头、柔性电缆连接器等创新工具,规范施工流程,实现了水平井无需泵送对接测井。经过实际应用,达到了提高测井时效和成功率、降低钻机性能和环境要求、减小施工风险和保障井筒安全的目的。

Abstract:The horizontal well logging technology with pipe conveyed wet‐connector tools which is based on the specific circumstance of the horizontal section whose length is longer than the surface casing needs to repeat the procedures such as opening mud pumps ,conveying docking tools with the pressurized mud ,the wet‐connector tools docking and recording logging curves . Impacted by those poor conditions of wells ,drilling rigs and mud ,the success rate of well logging keeps lower , the well drilling controlling is even riskier . To overcome above‐mentioned difficulties and standardize the process ,this paper introduces a new technology w hich is named the horizontal well logging technology with bridge wet‐connector tools realizes docking repeatly in the vertical well section by those gravities of the bridge wet‐connector tools , flexible cable connectors and other innovative tools .Its attractive advantage is achieving docking with gravity ’s help rather than the force of the pressurized mud .Practice proves that it has reached the goal of improving the working efficiency ,increasing the success ratio of well logging ,reducing the actual usage demand ,decreasing the risk of operations and ensuring the stability of the borehole wall .
