不同海拔高度健康藏汉族青年脉象图研究

本文通过对不同海拔高度藏汉族健康青青年的４００幅脉图分析后认为，健康藏汉族青年的脉象以滑、平、弦、缓为多。结古和西宁的藏汉族青年脉力图的主要生理参数中不同海拔高度上有一定差异，表现为结古青年弦脉较多，而西宁教地区滑脉较多，究其形成原因，主要与高海拔缺氧、寒冷环境有密切关系；在民族间也存在一定差异，表现为汉族弦脉多，藏族滑脉多，它们的形成与移居高原后心血管的反庆和代偿机制有关，在性别间有明星的差异。

ANALYSES OF PULSE CHARTS ABOUT THE HEALTHY YOUTH OF TIBETAN AND HAN NATIONALITIES IN DIFFERENT ALTITUDE AREAS

In this paper,400 pulse chart have been analyzed which are the youth of Tibetan and Han nationalities in different altitude areas. The results show that the health youth's pulse conditions both Tibetan and Han can be rnainly seen in the various types as equal,infrequent,abrupt and wiry. There is some differcnce of the Tibetan and Han youth's pulse chart between Jiegu area and Xining in the physiologic datas. That is the youth in jiegu area have been observed as wiry pulse but the abrupt pulse is mainly seen in Xining. The reason is that related with the altitude and frigid climate. And it also showed some different points among the different nations. The Han youth are mainly demonstrated as wiry pulse and abrupt pulse for the Tibetan youth. Therefore it comes to the conclusion that there are some interactions between the responsibility and adaptability of the heart blood cube and the high land. it indicates remarkably differences as well between sex,that is the wiry pulse for the rnale and the abrupt for the female. So probably, this related with the differences of the blood dynamics.
