| 摘 要： | 目的比较肺炎支原体(MP)抗体检测法与荧光定量检测方法(PCR)在肺炎支原体感染中的应用。方法对本院住院部362例下呼吸道感染的患儿的血液标本运用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法进行抗体检测(MP-IgM),同时运用PCR方法对其痰液标本进行检测(FQ-MP-DNA)。结果血MP-IgM与痰FQ-MP-DNA两种方法差异无统计学意义(P0.1),但后者对1岁以下的患者检出率更高(P0.005)。结论两种检测方法结合可以取长补短,提高支原体感染的检出率。
