黑质的定态与定位研究

本文调查了41只整脑82个黑质的空间形态和位置。在三维切面上作2毫米厚的连续切片,获得资料:黑质的长径、宽径、高径;体积及“靶心”坐标值;通过还原、重建,绘出空间投影轮廓图;黑质为前后偏长、左右窄扁的薄片状灰质块,在脑内空间的整体构型是呈后倾倒内上斜外偏转态。

THE STUDY ON THN FINATION OF FORM AND POSITION OF SUBSTANTIA NIGRA

Investigated in this papar are space formation and position of 82 substantia nigra which involve 41 whole brains of adults. The data such as the diameter of the substantia nigra are obtained from successive slices cut into slice at 2 mm in thickness in three direction. The pictures of the outline projection of the substantia nigra in rarious coordinate planes are then drawn by means of refurring and rebuilding. It reveals that substantia nigra is a grey mass of grey slices shape, which is longer in length by front and back diameter than in left and right. The whole pattern in the ecencephalei space is a fixed shape slanting backward, slopping inside and curving out.
