| 摘 要： | 本文分析了ＡＤＣ频域测试中采样数据的频谱组成，给出了高准确度ＡＤＣ频域测试的条件。采用数字处理技术对高速ＡＤＣ的动态特性了测试和分析，其结果与ＡＤＣ及其采样电路的设计具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | After analysis the frequency domain in the test of analog to digital converters based on the Digital signal processing (DSP) test techniques.Expressions for a highly accurate measure of the actual frequency domain of the converter are presented.The high speed ADC is tested dynamically using the DSP.The ADC dynamic cha racteristics have been studied.This results is conductive at an ADC early design stage and its sampling circuits. |
