| 摘 要： | 抗菌防螨腈纶可以用阳离子染料染色，但与常规腈纶相比，前者由于纺丝时添加了抗菌防螨剂，致使纤维中形成较大空隙和毛细孔，对染色产生影响。本文探讨了染色温度、染色时间、pH值及匀染剂的加入，对功能腈纶染料吸附量的影响。

| Abstract: | Anti- bacteria and mite acrylic fiber is a new type of functional fiber, which is incorporated with a small amount of anti- bacteria and mite agent, and can be dyed with cationic dyestuffs, Compared with conventional acrylic fiber, this new fiber features unique characteristics due to bigger micro-holes and channels in the structure. Factors exerting influences on dye adsorption are discussed, such as dyeing temperature and time, pH value, as well as addition of leveler. |
