摘    要:本文用凝胶直读法、末端鉴定法等相配合,测定了樗蚕(Philosamia cynthia)絲腺5SrRNA的核苷酸顺序:AGACAACGUCCAUACCACGUUGAAAACACCGGUUCUCGUCCGAUCACCGAAGUCAAGCAACGUCGGGCGCGGUCAGUACUUGGAUGGGUGACCGCCUGGGAACACCGCGUGCUGUUGGCUU比较了樗蚕、蓖麻蚕、柞蚕、家蚕、果蝇等5SrRNA结构差异,在分子水平上探讨了昆虫的分化。

Abstract:With the method of rapid gel sequencing, the complete nucleotide sequence of the 58 rRNA from the silkgland of Philosamia cynthia has been determined. AGACAACGUCCAUACCACGUUGAAAACACCGGUUCUCGUCCGAUCACCGAAGU CAAGCAACGUCGGGCGCGGUCAGUACUUGGAUGGGUGACCGCCUGGGAACACC GCGUGCUGUUGGCUUHaving been compared with some other 58 rRNAs from the posterior silkgland of the same family, this 58 rRNA shows the following features.( 1 ): There are two kinds of 5SrRNA both in Philosamia cynthia and in Philosamia cynthia ricini,( 2 ): Philosamia cynthia 5S rRNA is composed of 121 nucleotides instead of 120 nucleotides. It is also interesting to find the addition of "A" at its 5' end.( 3 ): There exists the same sequence "AAAA" (23-26) in Philosamia cynthia,Philosamia cynthia ricini, Antheraea pernyi,which are from the same family.( 4 ). The free energy of 58 rRNA from Philosamia cynthia is much higher than those from its relatives.( 5 ). The homology between Philosamia cynthia and Philosamia cynthia ricini is very similar to the homology between Philosamia cynthia and Antheraea pernyi. It suggests the possible influence of geographical divergence upon the homology.
