摘    要:研究了以歧化松香为原料,用甘油和季戊四醇进行酯化改性,并以改性产物作为增粘剂制备EVA热熔胶。初步讨论了多元醇的用量、反应温度及催化剂对酯化反应的影响。实验结果表明,歧化松香与多元醇物质的量比为1:1左右,反应温度为260~270℃,催化剂次磷酸的加入量为总反应物的0.16%,且分批加入时,合成的歧化松香酯的性能较为优良。以合成的歧化松香甘油酯和歧化松香季戊四醇酯作为增粘剂制备的EVA热熔胶,固化时间均为5s,T型剥离强度可分别达到5.1 kN/m和2.8 kN/m。

Abstract:This paper studied that EVA hot melt adhesives were prepared with material of disproportionated rosin,esterification modified with glycerin and pentaerythritol,and modified product as tackifier.The influences on the process of esterification were discussed primarily the dosages of polyols,reaction temperature and catalyst.The result of experiment showed when its are 1:1 molar ratio of disproportionated rosin and polyols,reaction temperature between 260~270℃,adding 0.16% hypophosphorous acid of total reactant in batches as a catalyst, the properties are better for synthetic disproportionated rosin ester.The EVA hot melt adhesive were prepared by synthetic dispropertionated rosin glycerin and pentaerythritol ester,the curing time was both 5 seconds,T-peel strength reached 5.1 kN/m and 2.8 kN/m respectively.
