| 摘 要： | 服务区域是一般地方高校的战略选择，一般地方高校与区域的互动发展和构建区域化战略联盟，是一般地方高校发展的重要动力源和培育办学特色的关键。一般地方高校要与区域高校构建战略合作关系，与区域企业构建战略联合体，与地方政府建立良好的协作关系，依靠战略联盟获取更多地区域优质资源。
