| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期乳腺癌保乳手术的治疗效果。方法分析近6年来56例保乳手术治疗的乳腺癌患者临床资料。结果患者3年生存率分别达到91.58%,复发率1.78%,患者乳房的基本外形的得到保持,外形效果优、良共32例（57.14%）。结论保乳手术是目前早期乳腺癌的又一标准手术,已成为乳腺癌外科治疗标志性的里程碑,但全身综合治疗是保乳手术治疗成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of breast conserving operation for early breast cancer.Methods The clinical data of 56 cases with early breast cancer received conserving surgery in the last six years were analyzed retrospectively.Results After follow-up over 3 years,the 3-year survival rate was 91.58%,with recurrence rate 1.78%.The contour of breast after operation was basically satisfactory with 32(57.14%) patients.Conclusion The conserving surgery has become another standard with safety and effe... |
