基于ANSYS的钛合金管口激光焊接有限元模拟

摘    要:基于热弹塑性有限元方法,建立激光焊接过程的热力学计算模型,利用三维有限元分析软件ANSYS,开发其APDL二次语言,使用“生死单元”技术,实现了对BT20钛合金管口激光焊接过程温度场和应力场的有限元模拟。结合数值计算,对有限元模拟问题进行分析,并讨论了激光焊接过程采用瞬间空冷10s后,试件内部的应力分布情况。

Abstract:The thermodynamics model of laser welding process is established based on the thermal elastic-plastic finite element method (FEM);secondary APDL language was developed by three dimensional FEM ANSYS.FEM simulation is analyzed combining with numerical calculation.Stress distribution of specimen after instantaneous air-cooled 10s during laser welding is discussed as well.
