黄体酮阴道缓释凝胶在IVF／ICSI周期中作为黄体支持的初步应用

目的探究分析在IVF（女性体外受精）／ICSI（卵细胞浆内单精子注射）周期当中黄体酮阴道缓释凝胶作为黄体支持的临床应用。方法选自我院2011年至2013年进行女性体外受精患者或者卵细胞浆内单精子注射患者共82例。从取卵当天开始，黄体支持应用黄体酮阴道缓释凝胶，对患者各个数值之间的关系进行分析对比，探究黄体酮阴道缓释凝胶自身的安全程度以及患者满意程度。结果本次研究共有80例患者完成了胚胎移植，其中79例患者完成研究。妊娠结果和患者的年龄以及取卵日孕酮水平有密切关系。出现不良事件的发生率为5．0％，患者满意程度为90．0％。结论相对于传统给药方式，黄体酮阴道缓释凝胶具有疗效显著以及安全性高的优点，值得临床推广。

Progesterone Sustained-release Vaginal Gel as a Preliminary Application of Luteal Support in IVF/ICSI Cycles

Objective To explore the analysis in IVF （in vitro fertilization （IVF） in women）/ICSI （egg intracytoplasmic sperm injection） cycle of progesterone vaginal slow-release gel as luteal support the clinical application. Methods To choose self institute in 2011-2013 for female patients with in vitro fertilization （ivf） or a total of 82 patients with egg intracytoplasmic sperm injection. Take eggs from the beginning, progesterone vaginal slow-release gel luteal support application, analyze the numerical relationship between the patients with contrast, to explore the safety degree of progesterone vaginal slow-release gel itself and patient satisfaction. Results The study of 80 patients completed the embryo transplantation, among them 79 cases patients completed the study. Pregnancy outcomes and patient＇s age and take eggs, progesterone levels have a close relationship. In the incidence of adverse events was 5.0%, the patients satisfaction was 90.0%. Conclusion Compared with traditional way, progesterone vaginal slow-release gel has the curative effect is distinct, and the advantages of high safety, worth clinical promotion.
