南京市某三甲医院出院患者回访需求调查

目的：了解医院出院患者回访的需求现状，为医院开展有效的回访工作提供依据。方法：在南京市某三甲医院出院处对当日出院的患者进行随机问卷调查，收回有效问卷442份。结果：92．4％的患者表示愿意接受出院后回访；36．2％的患者表示希望在出院后1周内回访；80．8％的患者表示希望采取电话回访方式；83．3％的患者表示希望由医生进行回访；92．1％的患者表示主要希望回访时给予康复指导。结论：医院应围绕患者的医疗服务需求有效开展回访工作。

Objective ： To understand the status quo of the follow - up needs of discharged patients, in order to provide basis for carrying out effective follow - up visit. Methods： Patients who is discharging from hospital, are randomly surveyed at the discharge office, 442 effective ques- tionnaires are taken back.
