系统化的高性能混凝土配合比设计方法

摘    要:基于Mehta和Aitcin的高性能混凝土配合比设计方法,通过建立混凝土强度与有效水胶比、粗集料松堆积体积和粉煤灰水化活性因子的关系,以及粗集料的松堆积体积与砂率的关系,建立了混凝土中粗集料、细集料、水和胶凝材料各组分之间的联系,提出了系统化的高性能混凝土配合比设计方法.该方法具有适用范围宽、简捷、准确和易于程序化的特点.实验结果表明:依据该配合比设计方法所配制混凝土的抗压强度与期望值具有良好的一致性.

Abstract:Based on the Mehta and Aitcin's high performance concrete mix proportion design method,by establishing the relation-ship between concrete strength and effective water binder ratio,coarse aggregate loose volume fraction and efficiency factor of fly ash as well,and the relationship between coarse aggregate loose volume fraction and sand ratio,thus the relationship among concrete constitutes such as coarse aggregate,fine aggregate,water content and cementitious materials was established.As a result,a system-atical high performance concrete mix proportion design method was developed.This mix proportion design method makes concrete mix proportion design to be easier and more exact with enhanced fitness range and programmability.Experiments results show that using the systematical high performance concrete mix proportion design method can produce concrete with compressive strength cohere well with the expected one.
