The Primary Research on Life Cycle Cost Estimate of Space Equipment

With the development of space equipment, the relation between equipment building and project management becomes more and more close. The main factors that affect and restrict development of space equipment include resources, efficiency, cost and risk.Among them, cost is very important and is the important link of space equipment.The paper firstly analyses some characteristics of SELC (the space equipment life cycle).And then gives some methods about how to plot SELC and the relationship of each stage. Specially, The paper puts emphases on the methods of cost analysis, using bounds and occasions.
