完善优化促进矿业城市可持续发展

矿业城市是因矿产资源的开发而兴起的城市。矿业城市因其自身的特征和属性,决定了它的发展在很大程度上受矿产资源的储量及价格等多方面因素的制约;并且因我国矿业城市大多数是在计划经济时期形成的,与一般城市相比,矿业城市的基本职能不完善,并没有发挥出其作为城市的基本功能。本文在阐述矿业城市特征和城市基本职能概念的基础上,对我国矿业城市在发展过程中面临的问题和城市职能弱化的原因进行了分析,并探讨了完善、优化城市职能,促进矿业城市可持续发展的途径与对策。
