氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片辅助治疗功能性消化不良的Meta分析

目的系统评价氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片辅助治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的疗效。方法以“氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片”、“功能性消化不良”为关键词，通过中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库检索1990-2012年有关氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片辅助治疗功能性消化不良的随机对照试验，根据Jadad评分评价论文质量，用RevMan5．0及Stata软件进行统计分析，对氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片辅助治疗FD的疗效进行分析。结果23篇随机对照试验共纳入1982例患者，治疗组1004例，对照组978例。治疗组有效894例，对照组有效618例。各研究结果之间异质性较低（x2=31．74，P=0．08，12=31％）；应用固定性效应模型进行分析，合并危险比值为1．41，95％置信区间为1．33～1．48，氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合常规药物治疗功能性消化不良的疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。漏斗图基本以其值为中心呈对称分布，纳入文献发表偏倚较小；Beggtest检验结果表明差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合常规药物治疗FD的疗效明显优于单独用药的常规治疗。

Meta-analysis of flupentixol and melitracen tablets treating functional dyspepsia

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets on functional dyspepsia （FD） sysmaticly. Methods The electeonic databases of randomized controlled trials in flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia from CNKI, Wanfang Data and Weipu Data from 1990 to 2012 were searched according to ＂flupentixol and melitracen tablets＂, ＂functional dyspepsia＂. All reviewed literatures were accessed by Jadad quality scale. Statistic data was analyzed by Rev Man 5.0 and State, in order to analyze the efficacy of flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the treatment of FD. Results There were 1 982 cases from 23 related literatures, including 1 004 cases in treatment group and 978 cases in control group; the heterogeneity lower （X2 = 31.74, P = 0. 08, 12 = 31% ）. Fixity effects model was implicated for analysis. The results indicated that the efficacy of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with conventional drug in the treatment of FD was significantly higher than that in the control group ; the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Funnel plot basic distribution had symmetric distribution to center; publication bias of literature was small ; there was no significant difference on Begg test results（P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with conventional medical in the treatment of functional dyspepsia is optimistic.
