湿法磷酸生产中异常现象分析

结合陕西华山化工集团有限公司复肥厂湿法磷酸生产过程中,曾出现萃取槽搅拌轴上包裹物大如"碌碡"、过滤冲盘污水槽底沉淀物闪亮发光、过滤系统石膏滤饼板结、污水渠中有矿粒、萃取尾气烟囱冒红烟等异常现象,重点分析其物质组成、形成原因和影响程度,并阐述所采取的相应对策.

Analysis of Abnormal Phenomena during Wet-process Phosphoric Acid Production

For the abnormal phenomena occurred in the wet-process phosphoric acid production process of Shanxi Huashan Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.Compound Fertilizer Factory,such as the drum-sized wrapping on the agitator of the extraction tank,flickering deposit at the bottom of the effluent tank from the filtering flush plate,caking of gypsum filter cake in the filtration system,presence of ore article in the waste water drainage trench,and red smoke from the extraction tail-gas stack,the material composition,root cause and degree of impact are particularly analyzed,and the countermeasures to be taken are described.
