微孔防砂筛管的研制与应用

摘    要:针对辽河油田稠油油藏的出砂情况及现有防砂工艺中存在的防砂后筛管易被泥质及原油中的胶质堵塞、防砂有效期短等周期,研制成带有衬管(保护管)的防砂筛管总成,用于油水井的防砂。微孔筛管由于选用刚玉砂作为制作的基质颗粒,其颗粒表面光滑且对原油润滑角小于临界值。该防砂筛管可耐高温、强酸、强碱,且避免了原油通过其孔隙在其晶体表面的聚集,防砂后不易堵塞,具有滤砂性能好、防砂有效期长、施工方便快捷、防砂施工成本低等优点,特别适用于稠油及特稠油防砂后注汽开采。在现场应用21井次,防砂施工成功率100%,防砂有效率90.47%,经济效益显著。实现了微孔 孔隙两级过滤和筛管单体间柔性联接两大技术突破。

Abstract:Sand producing of heavy oil reservoir in Liaohe oilfield has not only always caused the sand packing screen pipe plugged by argillaceous and gel matters in the oil, but also shortened the effective period of sand packing. Therefore, sand packing screen pipe assembly with protective liner is developed for oil and water wells. As matrix granular made of corundum sand owns smooth surface and oil wettability angle smaller than critical value, the micro-hole screen pipe will resist high temperature, strong acid, strong base, and avoid oil accumulation on its crystal surface through its pores. In addition, this screen pipe possesses the following strengths: hard to be plugged after operation, good filtration, long effective term, quick and easy in operation, low cost, etc. All these are especially suitable for thermal production of heavy oil and extra heavy oil after sand packing. 21 times applied in site has achieved 100% success ratio and effective ratio 90.47%. Obviously, it has realized two technological breakthroughs: 1) two stages filtration through micro-hole and pores; 2) flexible connection among single screen pipe with outstanding economic return.
