摘    要:以海底作业车履带式底盘为例,探讨了基于Pro/E、ADAMS Mech/Pro、ADAMS/View等专业软件的虚拟样机建模方法,提出并实践了一套高效、快速的虚拟样机建模复合方法,大幅度地提高了复杂机械系统ADAMS虚拟样机建模与仿真运行的速度。

Abstract:In this paper, taking the crawler chassis of Self-Propelled sea-bed service vehicle for example, the modeling method of virtual prototype is discussed on the basis of specialized software such as Pro/E, ADAMS, Mech/Pro, ADAMS/View, etc., and a composite virtual prototype modeling method with high efficiency and seep is put forward and practiced. The operation rate of ADAMS modeling and simulation of virtual prototype of complex mechanism system is increased by this composite modeling method.
