| 摘 要： | 随着湖南西部地区旅游业的发展,该地区旅游业人力资源状况越来越不能满足旅游业的发展需求。为此,湖南西部地区相关部门应采取相应的措施,加大旅游业人力资源开发力度,正确处理培养与外部引进的关系,加强旅游业人力资源的管理和使用,最大限度挖掘人才队伍的潜能,来促进湖南西部地区旅游业的发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of tourism in the western region of Hunan province,the contradiction between tourism human resources and the development of tourism isn't conformity with each other,which becomes conspicuous day by day.We should take the corresponding measures,strengthen the development dynamics of the tourism human resources,pay attention to cultivation and introduction mechanism of talent,make the tourism human resources in the western region of Hunan province get effective use and full play,promote the development of tourism in the western region of Hunan province. |
