预制直埋管道热损失的数值模拟分析

摘    要:本文针对聚氨酯预制直埋保温管道的散热损失进行了数值模拟研究,并利用工程实例予以验证.同时对影响直埋保温管散热损失的相关因素进行分析,探讨了不同条件对直埋保温管道散热损失的影响.研究结果表明:直埋保温管道散热损失随着介质流速的增加、保温层热导率的减小和管道埋深的增加而减小,同时地表温度受供回水管的影响也随之减小.

Abstract:In this paper, a numerical simulation study on the heat dissipation loss of polyurethane prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation pipes was carried out and verified by engineering examples.At the same time, the relevant factors affecting the heat dissipation loss of directly buried insulation pipes are analyzed, and the influence of different conditions on the heat dissipation loss of directly buried insulation pipes is discussed.The research results show that the heat dissipation loss of directly-buried insulated pipelines decreases with the increase of the medium flow rate, the decrease of the thermal conductivity of the insulation layer, and the increase of the buried depth of the pipeline.At the same time, the influence of the water supply and return pipes on the surface temperature also decreases.
