摘    要:装配式建筑 PC 构件质量的科学评价对把控装配式建筑整体质量具有重要意义。立足于质量检测需求方视角,在分析装配式建筑生产方式特点基础上,提出“需求—生产—性能”这一选取评价指标的指导思想,并依此构建了 PC 构件质量评价指标体系。采用 ANP 法确定指标权重,使指标体系更符合工程实践又解决了指标关联性问题;并运用向量夹角余弦法实现对 PC 构件的质量评价,通过数—形转换,规避了由于多重赋权造成的评价结果失真问题,使评价结果更趋客观准确。算例分析表明该方法简便易行,具有合理性和实用性。

Abstract:The scientific evaluation of the quality of PC components in assembly buildings is of great importance to the overallquality control of prefabricated buildings. Based on the demand side of quality testing,on the basis of the analysis of thecharacteristics of assembly style building mode of production , the quality evaluation index under the guidance ofdemand-production-performance for prefabricated buildings is proposed based on the manufacturing characteristic of prefabricatedbuildings. The ANP method is used to determine the index weight,which makes the index system more consistent with theengineering practice and solves the problem of index correlation. Finally,the vector angle cosine method is applied to evaluate thequality of PC components,and the distortion of evaluation results caused by multiple weighting is avoided through the number-formtransformation,which makes the evaluation results more objective and accurate. The results of empirical analysis show that themethod is simple and practical.
