加输油切断阀测试装置设计

摘    要:针对新机列装使用单位后,普遍缺乏燃油附件地面检测设备的现实问题,研发了一套加输油切断阀测试装置。在简要介绍加输油切断阀基本工作原理的基础上,详细说明了燃油测试系统和电控系统的组成与工作原理,给出电控系统硬件和软件部分的实现方法。样机实际使用结果表明:该测试装置能够满足该型燃油附件所有性能指标的测试要求,完全达到了设计目标。

Abstract:In view of the fact that the new aircraft units were used,it was common to lack the fuel accessory inspection equipment,a set of combined test equipment for refueling and oil delivery shut off valve was designed.The basic work of the oil delivery shut off valve was introduced,the composition and principle of fuel test system and electric control system were described,the realization methods of the hardware and software were given.The practical application shows that the test equipment can meet the test requirements of this type of fuel accessories,fully meeting the design goals.
