| 摘 要： | 运用有限元理论，为梁式双孔型传感器弹性体建立了力学模型，并对其进行了计算机辅助设计，开发出新型２０ｋｇ级梁式传感器。实测结果表明，用这种方法设计出的粱式双孔型弹性体，其精度可达０．０２％，且设计方法省时、经济。

| Abstract: | With the finite element theory,a mechanical model for a double-hole form beam-sensor is constructed,then the model is analysed and designed by CAD.In this way,a new 20 kg grade double-hole form beam-sensor is designed and produced.Through practical measuring,the precise of the elestic body designed in above method comes to 0.02%,The design method is high efficient and eco-nomical too. |
