摘    要:通过分析当前国内非煤矿山采空区安全管理及监管现状,基于风险分级管控原理及智能矿山理念,提出采用信息化手段进行采空区安全管理的意义和必要性。运用云平台技术,结合典型应用案例及行业特点,研究设计了以数据汇集、分析计算、展示操作等模块为核心的非煤矿山采空区安全风险防控信息系统总体构架,分析研究了系统数据层、功能层、用户操作层逻辑结构。在总体构架及逻辑结构研究的基础上,对系统主要功能如风险一张图、风险填报、风险管理、统计分析等进行了设计,并简要介绍了采空区稳定性智能评估、风险自动分级评价、风险精准管控等关键算法的开发实现方式,为研究开发采空区风险防控系统提供依据,推动了采空区安全风险防控信息化建设进程。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of non-coal mine goaf risk management and supervision status, and the principle of risk classification management and intelligent mine, the significance of using information technology to manage goaf safety are put forward. Using cloud platform technology, combining with typical application cases and industry characteristics, the overall framework of safety risk prevention and control information system for non-coal mine goaf is designed, which consists data collection, analysis and calculation, display and operation modules. The overall framework and logical structure of safety risk prevention and control information system are designed. On this foundation, the system is divided into several functional modules: risk chart moudle, risk filling moudle, risk management moudle, statistical analysis, etc. The development and key implementation methods of the main functions are proposed, such as stability intelligent assessment, automatic risk grading evaluation and accurate risk control. The system research provides the basis for promoting the safety risk information management and preventing the occurrence of safety accidents in goal.
