对我国高水平运动人才培养模式的反思

通过反思我国高水平运动人才的“体育工作队或优秀运动队”、“训练、教学、科研三位一体”、“职业体育俱乐部”、“体教结合”四种传统的培养模式。发现在新形势下，这四种传统模式带来了运动员退役安置难、非体育专业技能弱、体育后备人才不足等问题。提出了我国高水平运动人才培养走“教体融合”之路，并给出了几点意见和建议。

The Reflection on the Development Models for HighLevel Sport Talents

On the reflection of the four traditional development models for our national high-level athletes, respectively, the sport working team or excellent sport team, the trinity with training, teaching and research together, professional sport club, the combination of sport and education, we have found out many of their problems, such as, the difficulty in the arrangements for the jobs of retired athletes,the shortage in the non-sport expertise, the lack of reserve sport talents. In this article, a new model, with the fusion of Sport and Education, has been put forward and some suggestions have been given.
