| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the influence of standardized three stages rehabilitation on clinical nerve function,cognitive ability and other aspects of life quality of stroke patients.Methods：80 Stroke patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups with 40 cases in each groups.Routine rehabilitation group was accepted the conventional rehabilitation while the standardized rehabilitation group was accepted the standardized three stages rehabilitation.The neurological deficit score,daily living activity score,Oxford disability score,Chinese aphasia examination,determination of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale,Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale manual measurement and life quality assessment were respectively record before the treatment and after in first month,third month and sixth month of each group.And the rehabilitation effects of two groups were compared.Results：All rehabilitation scores in the first month,third month and sixth month are improved compare with before of treatment （P0.05）;the improvement of rehabilitation scores in standardized rehabilitation group was significantly high than the routine rehabilitation group （P0.05）.Conclusion：Standardized three stages rehabilitation treatment of stroke can reduce disability ratio and improve patient＇s life quality. |
