液压集成块设计方法的研究进展

摘    要:液压集成块是集成式液压系统的关键零件和控制中枢,其设计的难点是外部液压元件布局和内部油路连通设计.文中针对液压集成块设计问题,系统介绍和分析了国内外在液压集成块设计方法方面的研究工作和成果,包括液压集成块建模、智能优化设计、孔道校核、虚拟设计和管网液流特性仿真等,并讨论了基于智能数字化设计新技术的液压集成块设计的新方法,包括智能优化算法、知识工程和多Agent系统等,对液压集成块设计方法的发展趋势进行展望.

Abstract:Hydraulic Manifold Block(HMB) is the key component and control center of integrated hydraulic system,its design difficulties are the exterior layout design of hydraulic components and interior connection design of flow path.In consideration of HMB design problem,the paper introduces and analyzes the researches and scientific fruits on HMB design method,including HMB modeling,intelligent optimization design,channel checking,virtual design and fluid characteristics simulation of pipeline networks.This paper also discusses the new method of HMB design based on the new technologies of intelligent digital design,such as intelligent optimization algorithm,knowledge-based engineering and multi-Agent system,and forecasts the future development trends of HMB design method.
