基于ANSYS的数控铣床立柱数值模拟分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对某型数控铣床进行数值模拟,计算不同受力工况下铣床立柱的变形和应力,分析了立柱的刚度和强度。同时进行了对应工况下立柱的电测实测,将立柱应变的数值模拟数据与实验数据做了对比分析,结果表明实验实测与有限元分析基本一致,模拟结果可为铣床立柱的设计提供参考,并指明该型数控铣床立柱的强度与刚度均远远满足工艺要求,有必要做进一步的优化设计。

Abstract:Numerical simulation of CNC mill machine is accomplished with ANSYS software of finite element analysis.The deformation field,strain field and stress field of the column are calculated.Also the strains of column at some points are gained by static strain test.The comparison indicates that the FEM calculation results are in good agreement with the testing results.So the simulation results can be used to supply references to design column of CNC mill machine.And the strength and the stiffness of column are analyzed.Analysis results imply that the strength and the stiffness of column are meet excessively the machining requirements.And the optimizing design of column should be done.
