| 摘 要： | 目的 了解自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗淋巴瘤过程中对患者凝血指标的影响.方法 检测20例淋巴瘤患者,在自体外周血造血干细胞移植的预处理前7 d(d)、预处理0 d(d0)、预处理+7 d(d7)、预处理+ 14 d(d14)、预处理+21 d(d21)、预处理+28 d(d28)、预处理+35 d(d35)测定凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原浓度(FIB)、D二聚体(D-Di).结果 d7、d14的FIB分别为(5.79±2.35)g/L、(5.97±2.01) g/L,均高于d的 FIB (3.54±1.62) g/L(t=2.78、3.20,P＜0.05);d0、d21、d28、d35的FIB较d差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);预处理前后PT、APTT、D-二聚体差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).所有患者未并发血栓性疾病.结论 淋巴瘤患者自体外周血造血干细胞移植后出现凝血功能异常,临床医师需高度关注.
