The Analysis of Import Cutter Circles Losing Their Function and Their Improvements

At first, the reason of import cutter circles losing their function was analyzed based on the material mechanics on acrylic fibres contrivance of Fushun petroleum & chemical company: this kind of cutting off cutter circles are layer compression planks with two-dimensional strengthened fabric, having no fibres strengthened among layers. The problem of transition from two-dimensional strengthened fabric to three-dimensional strengthened fabric should be solved. Second, a material improvement method was provided to find a kind of substitute materials with three-dimensional strengthened fabric. Finally, the test on mechanical process and factual experimentations were introduced.
