| 摘 要： | 将149例患者随机分为4组，针刺组40例，有效率77．5％，针灸组41例，有效率95．1％；针刺穴注组38例，有效率94．7％；丙酸睾丸酮肌注组30例，有效率40．0％，经统计学处理，针灸组和针刺穴注组的疗效显著高于针刺组，P＜0．05，而针灸3组的疗效均非常显著高于肌注组，P＜0．01。

| Abstract: | Purpose To approach to therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on impotence.Methods One hundred and fourty nine cases of impotence were randomly assigned to 4 groups,acupuncture group(40 cases),acup moxibustion group(41 cases),acupuncture plus acupoint injection group(38 cases) and group of intermuscular injection of testosterone propionate(30 cases),and their therapeutic effects were investigated.Results The effective rate was 77 5%,95 1%,94 7% and 40 0% in the 4 groups respectively.Statistical analysis indicated that the therapeutic effects in the acup moxibustion group and the acupuncture plus acupoint injection group were significantly higher than that in the acupuncture group (P<0 05) and in all the 3 acupuncture and moxibustion groups were significantly higher than that in the intermuscular injection group (P<0 01). |
