| Abstract: | The characteristics and the formation factors to the informal organization among the employees of food companies are analyzed simply.Taking the Hong Group Co.,Ltd.Jiangxi as the sample,there was a qualitative analysis of the informal organization among the employees about the problem and the causes of type.Some possible methods of management to the informal organization was put forward. |
