上向水平进路充填采矿法在和睦山铁矿的应用研究

摘    要:运用分段空场嗣后充填采矿方法后,和睦山铁矿后观音山矿段出现矿岩节理发育、采场安全性较差、矿石损失率较大等问题。基于采场作业安全、地压稳定、提高矿石回收率等方面考虑,提出了上向水平进路充填采矿法。通过对比分析,结果表明该方法具有安全可靠和经济技术指标先进等优点,使矿山总体效益提高。

Application of upward horizontal slice stoping and backfilling method in Hemushan Iron Mine

Abstract:Mining method of sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling was used in Hemushan Iron Mine.Rock joints,poor stope stability and large ore loss occur during the mining of Houguanyinshan iron ore body.In order to ensure safety of mining,stability of ground pressure,and higher recovery rate,the upward horizontal slice stoping and backfilling method is recommended.Through comparison and analysis,it shows that the method is safe and reliable,and is more advanced in economic and technical indicators than that of mining method of sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling.
