摘    要:针对钢制散热器椭圆形散热管封头,研究了不加钎料的感应压力焊接方法。分析了影响封头焊接质量的主要原因是局部未熔合,提出了界面状态、感应加热工艺参数、压力工艺参数三者之间相互作用模型,揭示了界面热塑性固相流动与热扩散的自清洁作用是形成优质焊接接头的关键。从接头形式、感应方式、顶锻方式等方面进行实验,给出并优化了焊接工艺参数和技术方案,设计了高效、低成本的散热管封头感应压力焊设备。

Abstract:Induction pressure welding technique is applied to steel radiators.The partial no-fusion is the main reason of bad welding quality.One relationship model of induction welding among interface, heating technology and pre ssure technology is issued. The self-clean procure of interface molten metal in the hot-ductile deformation and solid-state diffusion process is one of key fact ors of high quality welded.One set of welding technologies is provided including the forming of butt, type of inductor and forge method.One new induction welding equipment is designed with low cost and high efficiency function.
