摘    要:本文主要研究不同水胶比、不同粉煤灰掺量及不同温度条件的养护过程对水工混凝土强度的影响。制作不同水胶比、不同粉煤灰掺量的标准混凝土试件,利用人工环境模拟室模拟不同温度条件对其养护,对各试件进行室内抗压强度试验。试验结果表明:掺加粉煤灰会影响混凝土28d抗压强度,影响程度将随掺量变化而变化;其次,水胶比对抗压强度也有较大影响,二者关系符合Abrams’水胶比准则;另外,温度对混凝土抗压强度有着不可忽视作用,即使温度变化幅度相同,但作用龄期时间节点不同,强度仍有差异。同时综合对比发现,各因素对混凝土强度的影响强弱不同。因此,实际应用中应首先对主要影响参数合理设计,其他影响条件则根据混凝土的功能要求而设计。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies the effect of the influence of different water-binder ratio,different fly ash content and different temperature conditions on the strength of hydraulic concrete during curing process.Standard concrete samples were prepared with different waterbinder ratios and different amounts of fly ash,and artificial environment simulation chambers were used to simulate the conserve of different temperature conditions.Indoor samples were tested for compressive strength.The test results show that the addition of fly ash will affect the 28-day compressive strength of concrete,and the influence degree will change with the change of dosage.Secondly,the ratio of adhesive to compressive strength also has a great influence,the relationship conforms to Abrams'water-binder ratio criterion.In addition,the temperature has a nonnegligible effect on the compressive strength of concrete.Even if the temperature changes by the same amount,the strength is still different with the time node of the action age.At the same time,the comprehensive comparison shows that the influence of each factor on the coagulation strength is different.Therefore,in actual application,the main influence parameters should be designed reasonably,and other influence conditions should be designed according to the functional requirements of concrete.
