摘    要:装配工艺三维可视化技术能够将复杂繁琐的装配工艺内容简明清楚地表达,它既可以用来评价和优化装配工艺方案,又可以指导装配工人和学生培训和示教。文中以车用柴油机为例,对装配工艺可视化系统的设计思想、结构和流程进行阐述,并介绍了系统开发所涉及的软件和关键技术。

Abstract:Assembly process 3D visualization technology could express accurately and explicitly complex assembly process contents. It can be used to evaluate and optimize assembly scheme and to guide the workers and students for training. The issue takes example for vehicle diesel engine. The design idea, framework and flow are expatiated and the soft wares involving development and the key technologies are introduced.
