| 摘 要： | 血管内皮细胞对维持心血管系统的正常功能有着重要的作用,它的凋亡引起的血管萎缩衰退,不仅在临床上造成很多人类疾病而且会促进感染性休克的发生、发展。肿瘤坏死因子α有着强大的细胞毒性,可以造成血管内皮细胞凋亡。本文对肿瘤坏死因子α造成血管内皮细胞凋亡的机制进行综述。

| Abstract: | Endothelial cells play an important role in maintaining normal function of cardiovascular system,of which the cell apoptosis can not only result in blood vessel atrophy or deterioration,but also results in many human diseases in clinic as well as promote the genensis and development of septic shock.Tumor necrosis factor-α has strong cytotoxicity,which can result in endothelial cell apoptosis.This article reviews the mechanism of endothelial cell apoptosis resulting from tumor necrosis factor-α. |
