奶蓟益肝片对四氯化碳肝损伤保护作用效果观察

目的探讨奶蓟益肝片对四氯化碳（CCl4）肝损伤的保护作用。方法将46只动物随机分成阴性对照组、CCl4对照组及0.13、0.25g/kg两个剂量组,剂量组每天灌胃给予奶蓟益肝片。30d后,CCl4对照组及剂量组以0.01ml/g的剂量一次性经腹腔注射给予0.125?l4。24h后处死动物,测定血清丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）水平,肝脏进行病理组织学检查。结果0.25g/kg剂量组的ALT、AST水平降低,与CCl4对照组比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。0.25g/kg剂量组发生肝细胞坏死的动物例数减少,病变程度减轻,肝细胞坏死评分降低,与CCl4对照组比较,差异亦有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论奶蓟益肝片对CCl4化学性肝损伤具有保护作用。

Study on the protective effect of milk thistle Yigan tablets on acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride

Objective To study the protective effect of milk thistle Yigan tablets on acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride.Methods 46 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:control,CCl4 control and 2 dosage groups.The two dosage groups were given milk thistle Yigan tablets orally at the doses of 0.13 g/kg and 0.25 g/kg daily.Thirty days later,the two dosage groups and CCl4 control group were given 0.125% CCl4 at the dose of 0.01 ml/g body weight by intraperitoneal injection.The mice were executed respectively after 24 hours.ALT and AST in serum were measured.Pathological changes in livers were observed. Results Compared with CCl4 control group,The levels of ALT and AST were decreased significantly in 0.25 g/kg group (P<0.05).The animal number of happening hepatocyte necrosis in group 0.25 g/kg was lowered, the degree of pathobiological changes was lightened,compared with the CCl4 control group,the hepatocyte necrosis evaluation was decreased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion Milk thistle Yigan tablets has protective effect on liver injuries induced by carbon tetrachloride.
