我国高职院校“双师型”教师政策的解读与思考

摘    要:1995年,原国家教委首次提出职业学校要建设“双师型”教师队伍,之后相继出台了15部政策文件.对“双师型”教师队伍的建设做出了规范。但这些政策本身仍有很多问题存在,如“双师型”教师标准界定不清、“双师”教师资格认证体系缺乏等问题。对于存在的问题,应从政策角度确立“双师”教师的标准。进而建立“双师’’教师资格认证体系,建立健全“双师”教师的培训培养体制,完善激励机制。

Abstract:In 1995, former State Education Commission first proposed vocational schools should establish a teaching team with "Double-Qualification", and afterwards 15 policy documents were published and stipulated the "Double-Qualification" further more. However, these polices exists many problems, like the dimness of double teacher standards, the lacking of qualifications authentication system. Regarding the existing questions, we should establish the "Double-Qualification" standard from the policy angle and the qualification authentication system, and then establish and improve the training system and the incentive mechanism.
