高压试验室电磁屏蔽改造措施分析

摘    要:为减少对外界的电磁干扰,高压试验室应有良好的屏蔽系统。结合某高压试验室的电磁屏蔽改造工程,介绍了试验时产生的电磁场对外界电气电子设备的影响,分析了影响空间电磁屏蔽效果的因素,提出了加装屏蔽网、改善接地系统及增加浪涌保护器等有效措施。改造后的试验室在设备运行时极大程度地减少了对外界电气电子设备正常工作的影响,给该类型试验室的电磁屏蔽防护设计工作提供了一定的指导。

Abstract:The high voltage laboratory should have a good shielding system in order to reduce its electromagnetic interference to external environment. Combined with the electromagnetic shielding improvement example of a high voltage laboratory, the interference to external electrical and electronic equipment during tests was introduced firstly. Then the factors affecting space electromagnetic shielding were analyzed. Finally, the effective measures of putting shielding network, improving earth termination system and adding surge protective devices were proposed. The interference caused by the improved laboratory to normal operation of the external electrical and electronic equipment is reduced greatly now. The results can provide some guidance for electromagnetic shielding design of such laboratory.
