摘    要:为深入分析超级电容器的动态特性,设计了一个虚拟测试平台实现超级电容器在工作过程中端电压和充放电电流信号的同步采集和数据分析。该平台的设计方法基于虚拟仪器技术和PXI总线技术。针对虚拟测试平台的硬件部分,详细论述了传感器和PXI总线设备的选型以及信号调理电路的设计过程;针对虚拟测试平台的人机界面,采用LabVIEW软件进行开发,实现了信号实时监测和数据分析与处理等功能。实验结果表明,整个虚拟测试平台可以安全、准确、同步地采集超级电容器一个或多个单体的动态特性数据,为超级电容器动态特性的分析与建模提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to deeply analyze the dynamic characteristic of supercapacitors,a virtual test platform was designed to fulfill the functions of synchronized acquisition and data analysis of supercapacitor terminal voltage and charging/discharging current during the working process.The platform design is based on the virtual instrument and PXI-bus technologies.With respect to the hardware of the platform,the sensor type selection,the selection of the PXI-bus instruments and the design process of the signal conditioning circuit are discussed in detail.The LabVIEW is adopted to develop the human-machine interface,and realize the real time monitoring and data processing of the signals.Experiment results show that the virtual test platform can acquire the dynamic characteristic data of one or more cells of supercapacitors safely,accurately and synchronously,which sets a foundation for the analysis and modeling of supercapacitor dynamic characteristics.
