嵌入空心不锈钢球的钢管混凝土中长柱轴压性能

摘    要:以长细比和空心率为参数,设计制作12根嵌入空心不锈钢球的钢管混凝土中长柱,以及用于对比的同参数钢管混凝土柱。通过轴压试验,获得了两种类型钢管混凝土柱的破坏形态和荷载-位移曲线,分析了长细比和空心率对试件轴压破坏形态的影响。试验结果表明:在试验的参数范围内,试件极限承载力随着空心率增大而降低,随着长细比的增加而降低,空心率对钢管混凝土构件的抗压能力影响较大,相较于实心构件,空心构件承载力降低程度最小为15%,最大可达34%。根据试验结果,提出嵌入空心不锈钢球的钢管混凝土中长柱极限承载力的计算方法,为工程应用提供了参考。

Abstract:Twelve medium-length columns of steel pipe concrete embedded with hollow stainless steel balls were designed and fabricated with the parameters of length to slenderness ratio and hollow ratio, as well as steel pipe concrete columns with the same parameters used for comparison. The damage patterns and load-displacement curves of the two types of steel pipe concrete columns were obtained through axial compression tests, and the effects of the length-to-slend ratio and hollow ratio on the axial compression damage patterns of the specimens were analyzed. The test results show that within the parameters of this test, the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen decreases with the increase of the hollow ratio and decreases with the increase of the length to slenderness ratio, and the hollow ratio has a greater influence on the compressive capacity of the steel pipe concrete members, compared with the solid members, the hollow members have a minimum reduction of 15% and a maximum reduction of 34%. According to the test results, the calculation method of ultimate bearing capacity of medium-length column of steel pipe concrete embedded with hollow stainless steel balls is proposed, which provides a reference for engineering applications.
