| 摘 要： | 装备建设信息化是装备信息化建设和军队信息化建设的重要组成部分，装备信息资源是一种重要的战略资源，装备信息资源规划是装备建设信息化的基础。系统分析了我军武器装备建设信息化存在的问题，从5个方面提出了相关的对策建议，旨在加强我军的装备建设信息化研究，提高装备建设信息化效益和装备建设质量。

| Abstract: | Equipment construction informatization is the main part of equipment informatization construction and army informatization construction.Equipment information resources is an important strategic resources and equipment information resources planning is the basis of the equipment construction informatization.The paper systematically analyzes the existing problems of the army’s equipment construction informatization,finally puts forward the correlative suggestions in five aspects to reinforce the researches on the equipment information resources planning,in order to enhance the equipment construction informatization benefits and equipment construction quality. |
