择期剖腹产临床护理路径实施的效果分析

目的：探讨临床护理路径在择期剖宫产术产妇护理中的应用效果。方法：将择期剖宫产术的产妇随机分为试验组与对照组各30例。试验组产妇根据临床护理路径表进行护理，对照组产妇采用常规护理方法，比较两组产妇平均住院日、术前平均住院日、住院费用及健康知识掌握情况、护理工作的满意度的差异。结果：试验组的平均住院日、术前平均住院日均有缩短，均有显著的统计学差异（P〈0．01）；试验组病人健康知识掌握情况及对护理工作的满意度均高于对照组，均有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。实验组住院费用虽低于对照组，但统计学上差异不明显。结论：对择期剖宫产按临床路径实施诊疗、护理、健康教育指导，可减少平均住院日，减少术前等待时间，增加产妇对健康知识的掌握，提高护理工作的满意度，规范医疗护理工作。

Efficacy of different clinical nursing approaches for mothers after elective caesarean section

Objectives： To explore the effect of differem clinical nursing approaches on mothers receiving elective cesarean section maternal care. Method： Mothers after elective cesarean section were randomly divided into the trial group and the control group with 30 mothers in each group. Mothers in the trial group were cared in accordance with the clinical nursing approach, while the control group was given conventional nursing care. Data including total average hospital stay, average stay before deliv ery, hospitalization expenses, health knowledge acquisition, and nursing service satisfaction were compared. Results： Average hospital stay and stay before ddivery were significantly lower （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and the level of health knowledge acquisition and serv ice satisfaction were significantly higher （P 〈 0. 05 ） in the trial group. Hospitalization expenses of the trial group were lower but showed no significant difference as compared with the control. Conclusion： Maternal cares given in accordance with clinical nurs ing approach after elective caesarean section can shorten average hospital stay and stay before delivery, and improve mothers＇ lev el of health knowledge and service satisfaction perception.
