| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨性病患者在临床治疗期间开展心理护理的临床效果.方法：选取2010年3月至2013年3月来我院性病门诊就诊的126例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各63例.对照租常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上加入心理护理治疗.结果：实验组住院天数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;临床治愈率,对照组为66.67%,实验组为93.65%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：对于性病患者正规治疗的同时,辅以心理治疗,可明显提高治愈率.

| Abstract: | Objectives： To investigate the clinical efficacy of psychological nursing for STD patients. Mcthod： 126 STD pa tients selected in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 63 cases in each group. Both groups received normal treatment, while the experimental group received extra psychological nursing. Results： The lengths of hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly fewer titan that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. The clinical cure rate was 66.67% in the control group, and 93.65% in the experimental group. The difference was signifi cant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Psychological treatment can significantly improve the cure rate in the treatment of STD. |
