| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校大多数是地方院校,本科生规模较小,在短期内本专科教育并存。在学校建设过程中,由于本科教育观念和本科意识不足,办学条件滞后,教师数量不足、质量不高,科研工作基础薄弱等原因,造成学校人才培养缺乏技术应用型特色,难以达到"本科"层次要求。为此,必须转变观念,牢固树立"本科教育思想",科学定位人才培养目标,加快基本办学条件建设,抓好师资队伍建设,创新人才培养模式,加强科研工作,真正实现"内涵"升本。
