大学之道的哲学探讨

哲学是文化的灵魂,哲学自觉是文化自觉的最高境界。大学是社会的文化高地,是文化精英的聚合所,大学人努力提高哲学自觉,将有助于大学确立科学的办学理念和教育思想,促进大学治理能力与治理体系现代化。从认识论哲学、政治论哲学、生命论哲学和文化论哲学探讨高等教育及大学文化、大学精神,可以推断,当代大学之道应当倡导一种“兼和”的哲学观,努力做好文化的选择兼容和会通创新,这样才能从根本上探寻出当代中国大学之道的真正内涵。基于此,试将当代中国大学之道表述为:大学之道,在明德新民,在以人为本,在和谐会通,在止于至善至真至美。

Philosophical Discussion on the Ideology of University

Philosophy is the soul of culture,and philosophical consciousness is the highest state of cultural consciousness.University is the cultural highland of society,and the aggregation place of the cultural elites.The efforts of the university personnel to improve their philosophical consciousness determine the university to establish a scientific management and educational thoughts,and promote the modernization of university governance ability and governance system.This paper aims to explore epistemological philosophy,political philosophy,life philosophy and cultural philosophy of higher education,and its influence on culture and spirit of university.It appeals universities to advocate concurrent philosophy and strive to make cultural compatible and innovative choices that fundamentally explore the real connotation of the way of contemporary Chinese University.Based on this,this paper attempts to express the way of contemporary Chinese University as:ideology of university is to make new and better people,to be people-oriented,and to abide by the highest good,truth and beauty.
